Comparison review
Apple iPad Air (2022) is much better than the iPad 4, with an 81.4 score against 70.8. Apple iPad Air (2022) has iPadOS 15.x operating system, while iPad 4 has iOS 7.x operating system. Apple iPad Air (2022) is a way lighter and noticeably thinner tablet device than the iPad 4. Apple iPad Air (2022) features a faster processing unit than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM and more CPU cores.
IPad 4 has a slightly better screen than iPad Air (2022), although it has a quite lower 1536 x 2048 resolution and a little smaller display, they both have a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display. The iPad Air (2022)'s camera is just as good as Apple iPad 4's camera, although the iPad Air (2022) also has a lot better resolution camera and a lot bigger aperture for better photography and videos in poorly lited environments.
The iPad 4 has a very superior memory for games and applications than iPad Air (2022), because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The iPad 4 and the iPad Air (2022) both feature quite similar batteries performance.
