IPad mini 3 has a general score of 77.5, which is a bit better than Apple iPad 4's overall score of 70.8. The iPad mini 3 is a thinner and notably lighter tablet than the Apple iPad 4. Both of these tablets use iOS OS, but iPad mini 3 has 8.x version and Apple iPad 4 has iOS 7.x, so it provides you some additional features.
The iPad mini 3 has a little more vivid display than iPad 4, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1536 x 2048px resolution, the iPad mini 3 also counts with a quite greater screen pixels density. IPad mini 3 and iPad 4 feature really similar memory capacity to store more apps and games, both of them have the same 128 GB internal storage.
