The iPad mini 4 is a bit better than Apple iPad 4, getting a global score of 75.6 against 70.8. Both of these devices work with iOS OS (operating system), but iPad mini 4 has 9.x version while Apple iPad 4 has iOS 7.x version. IPad mini 4's design is notably thinner and a lot lighter than Apple iPad 4.
