IPad 4 is better than Blackview Tab 13, with a 70.8 score against 63.8. The iPad 4 is a incredibly heavier and thicker tablet than the Blackview Tab 13. IPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS, while Blackview Tab 13 counts with Android 12 OS. IPad 4 features a brighter screen than Blackview Tab 13, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a just a little more pixels per display inch.
The Blackview Tab 13 has a bit better processing unit than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and 6 more cpu cores. Blackview Tab 13 features as much memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the Apple iPad 4, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Blackview Tab 13 has a camera that's just as good as the camera in iPad 4, and although the Blackview Tab 13 has a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera, they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality. Blackview Tab 13 counts with a much better battery duration than iPad 4.
