The iPad 4 is better than the Lenovo TAB3 10, with a 70.8 score against 61.9. The iPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x operating system, while Lenovo TAB3 10 comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The iPad 4 features just a bit better hardware performance than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
The iPad 4 has a much better looking screen than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a just a little better pixels count per inch of screen. IPad 4 features a bit more memory for games and applications than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Apple iPad 4 shoots way better pictures and videos than Lenovo TAB3 10, although it has a back facing camera with a way lower 5 MP resolution. The Lenovo TAB3 10 has a really longer battery performance than Apple iPad 4.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Lenovo TAB3 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo TAB3 10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy iPad 4, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Lenovo TAB3 10, giving up a couple specifications.
