The iPad 4 has a score of 70.8, which is much better than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8's score of 64.2. Even being the best in this comparison review, iPad 4's design is a bit thicker and extremely heavier than the Lenovo ThinkPad 8. The iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS, while Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has Windows 8.1 OS.
The Apple iPad 4 has a slightly better looking display than Lenovo ThinkPad 8, because although it has a little bit lower display pixels density, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a larger display.
