IPad 4 is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, getting a 70.8 score against 66.5. IPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x operating system, while Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 operating system. IPad 4's body is noticeably heavier but a bit thinner than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a little faster CPU than iPad 4, and although they both have 2 processing cores, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also has a better 450 MHz GPU and 512 MB more RAM.
Apple iPad 4 has a much better display than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a lot greater screen pixel density, a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a lot larger display. The iPad 4 counts with a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Apple iPad 4 takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because it has a camera with a much higher 5 mega pixels resolution. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a superior battery performance than iPad 4.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy iPad 4, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, letting go some features and specs.
