Apple iPad 4 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, having a global score of 70.8 against 68.7. Apple iPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch counts with Android 4.2.2 operating system. The Apple iPad 4 is a heavier and extremely thicker tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch.
The iPad 4 features a brighter display than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a lot better 1536 x 2048 resolution, a better pixels amount in each inch in the screen and a larger display. The iPad 4 counts with a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
