The iPad 4 has a general score of 70.8, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's 65.6 overall score. IPad 4 is a heavier and just a little bit thicker tablet than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. The iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, and Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 comes with Android 4.4.2 operating system.
The iPad 4 counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a really bigger display, a bit more pixels per display inch and a lot better resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
