The iPad 4 is better than the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, getting a 70.8 score against 63.5. The iPad 4 is a way heavier and thicker portable tablet than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. IPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS, and Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with Android 4.0 OS. Apple iPad 4 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have 2 CPU cores and a 1 GB RAM, the Apple iPad 4 also has a much better graphics processor.
The iPad 4 has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a way better 1536 x 2048 resolution, a bigger display and a greater display pixel density.
