The Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a general score of 79, which is much better than the iPad 4's 70.8 overall score. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 works with Android 10 OS, and iPad 4 has iOS 7.x OS. Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a a little thicker but noticeably lighter tablet than iPad 4. Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a better processing unit than Apple iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
Apple iPad 4 counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has a quite lower number of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a bigger screen and a little bit higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than iPad 4, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
