Comparison review
The iPad 4 is better than the Galaxy Tab E, with a score of 70.8 against 60.7. IPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x OS, and Galaxy Tab E works with Android 4.4 OS. The iPad 4 is a somewhat thicker and notably heavier tablet device than Galaxy Tab E. The Apple iPad 4 has a bit superior processor than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has less RAM and 2 less CPU cores (although faster), it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
The iPad 4 features a much better looking display than Galaxy Tab E, because it has a lot greater screen pixel density, a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 and a little bit bigger display. Apple iPad 4 counts with a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The iPad 4 shoots better photos and videos than Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have a same resolution back camera, the iPad 4 also has a way better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E counts with a very superior battery performance than Apple iPad 4.
