Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a score of 74.3, which is slightly better than the iPad 4's overall score of 70.8. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5's body is way thinner and a lot lighter than the iPad 4. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has Android 4.4.2 operating system, while iPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x operating system.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with just a little better processing power than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more processing cores and 2 GB more RAM. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a bit better looking screen than iPad 4, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a little bit better pixels density and a little bit larger display.
The Apple iPad 4 features a way bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. IPad 4 takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5, although it has a back-facing camera with much less mega-pixels resolution and a worse 1920x1080 video quality.
The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a really longer battery performance than iPad 4.
