Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S3 has a general score of 75.2, which is slightly better than the iPad 4's 70.8 general score. The Galaxy Tab S3 has Android 9.0 Pie OS, while iPad 4 has iOS 7.x OS. The Galaxy Tab S3 is a much lighter and incredibly thinner tablet than iPad 4. Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a bit faster processor than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores.
Apple iPad 4 counts with a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. Both of them have the same number of pixels per inch in the screen, a display of the same size and exactly the same 1536 x 2048 resolution. The Apple iPad 4 features more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a superior camera than Apple iPad 4, because it has a back camera with much more MP, a lot larger diafragm aperture and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. Galaxy Tab S3 features a way better battery life than iPad 4.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is not only the best tablets between the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest one, making it an obvious call.
