Comparison review
The iPad Air 2 has an overall score of 79.3, which is a lot better than the iPad 9.7-inch's general score of 65.4. IPad Air 2's body is a little lighter and noticeably thinner than iPad 9.7-inch, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. Both tablets in this comparison review have iOS OS (Operating System), but iPad Air 2 has newer 8.x version and iPad 9.7-inch has iOS 13.x version, so it provides the user lots of additional features.
IPad Air 2 features a more vivid screen than Apple iPad 9.7-inch. Both have the same 2048 x 1536 resolution, a display with the same size and a better pixels number per inch of screen. The iPad Air 2 counts with much more storage to store more apps and games than iPad 9.7-inch. The iPad Air 2 has a bit faster processor than Apple iPad 9.7-inch, because although it has an inferior number of cores and also slower, and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the iPad Air 2 also counts with a 64-bits processing unit.
The iPad Air 2 has a little bit better camera than iPad 9.7-inch. Both of them have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, a 8 mega-pixels resolution camera, the same diafragm aperture and the same video frame rates. IPad 9.7-inch counts with longer battery lifetime than iPad Air 2, because it has an 8827mAh battery capacity.
The iPad Air 2 costs more money than iPad 9.7-inch, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
