IPad mini 4 is much better than the iPad Air 11-inch (6th Gen), getting a 75.6 score against 60.9. IPad mini 4 comes with iOS 9.x OS, and iPad Air 11-inch (6th Gen) works with iPadOS 15.x OS. IPad mini 4 counts with an incredibly better screen than iPad Air 11-inch (6th Gen), because although it has a quite lower 2048 x 1536 resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little better number of pixels per display inch.
IPad mini 4 counts with a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad Air 11-inch (6th Gen), because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
