Apple iPad Air 2 is way better than the Blackview Tab 60, with a 79.3 score against 57.9. The Apple iPad Air 2 works with iOS 8.x OS, and Blackview Tab 60 has Android 13 OS. Apple iPad Air 2's construction is incredibly thinner than the Blackview Tab 60, but it is incredibly heavier and was released many years before.
The Apple iPad Air 2 features a much sharper screen than Blackview Tab 60, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a way higher resolution of 2048 x 1536 and a better pixel density.
