Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a global score of 81.5, which is slightly better than the iPad Air 2's 79.3 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 construction is a lot newer than iPad Air 2's, although it's way heavier and way thicker. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 comes with Windows 10 operating system, and iPad Air 2 has iOS 8.x operating system.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 counts with a bit better processor than iPad Air 2, because although it has a 32 bits processor against 64-bits, it also counts with more RAM and more processing cores. IPad Air 2 counts with a more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, although it has a much smaller display, a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen and a way lower resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels.
IPad Air 2 features a greater camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 6. Both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the same video frame rate and the same resolution back-facing camera. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 counts with a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Apple iPad Air 2, because it has 1000 GB internal memory.
