IPad Air 2 is much better than Microsoft Surface RT, with a 79.3 score against 58.4. IPad Air 2's body is a lot newer, a lot thinner and way lighter than Microsoft Surface RT. IPad Air 2 works with iOS 8.x OS, and Microsoft Surface RT counts with Windows RT OS. IPad Air 2 has a way better display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and way more pixels per inch of display.
The Apple iPad Air 2 has a superior storage to install applications and games than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage. Apple iPad Air 2 counts with a bit faster CPU than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit and lesser CPU cores , and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Apple iPad Air 2 also counts with a 64-bits CPU.
The iPad Air 2 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface RT. IPad Air 2 features a greater camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the iPad Air 2 also has a much better resolution camera.
