The Apple iPad Air 2 is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), with a 79.3 score against 60.4. Apple iPad Air 2 has iOS 8.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) works with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. Apple iPad Air 2 is an older and way heavier tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), but Apple was able to make it extremely thinner anyway.
