The iPad Air 2 has a general score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020)'s global score of 74.6. IPad Air 2 counts with iOS 8.x operating system, while Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie operating system. IPad Air 2 is a way older and heavier portable tablet than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), but Apple made it somewhat thinner anyway.
Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) counts with just a bit better hardware performance than iPad Air 2, because although it has a 32-bit CPU instead of 64-bits, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and also faster). The Apple iPad Air 2 features a brighter display than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has a just a little inferior pixels amount per inch in the screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and a bigger screen.
