The iPad Air 2 has an overall score of 79.3, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7's overall score of 60.5. IPad Air 2 has iOS 8.x operating system, while Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 7.1 Nougat operating system. The iPad Air 2 is a thinner and a little lighter tablet than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, although both of them were released with only a couple of months difference.
The iPad Air 2 has a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with a 64-bits processor and 512 MB more RAM.
