Apple iPad mini 3 has an overall score of 77.5, which is just a bit better than the iPad Air (2020)'s 71.7 global score. The Apple iPad mini 3 comes with iOS 8.x OS, and iPad Air (2020) counts with iPadOS 14.x OS. The Apple iPad mini 3 is a way older and way thicker tablet device than the iPad Air (2020), but Apple was able to build it noticeably lighter anyway.
IPad Air (2020) features a greater processing power than iPad mini 3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have a 64-bit processing unit, the iPad Air (2020) also counts with more CPU cores. Apple iPad mini 3 counts with a little more vivid screen than Apple iPad Air (2020), because although it has a bit lower 1536 x 2048 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater pixel density.
Apple iPad mini 3 features much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Apple iPad Air (2020), because it has 128 GB internal memory.
