Comparison review
The iPad mini 2 is better than the Apple iPod touch 6th generation, with a 77.2 score against 65.6. IPad mini 2 is an older, noticeably heavier and much thicker portable tablet than the Apple iPod touch 6th generation. Both devices in our current comparison use iOS OS, but the iPad mini 2 has a more recent 8.x version while Apple iPod touch 6th generation has iOS 12.x.
Apple iPad mini 2 has a better performing processing unit than Apple iPod touch 6th generation, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM and the same number of cores, the Apple iPad mini 2 also has an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processing unit. Apple iPad mini 2 counts with a little more vivid display than iPod touch 6th generation, because although it has a quite inferior pixels amount in each inch in the display, it also counts with a way larger screen and a lot higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution.
Apple iPod touch 6th generation counts with as much storage capacity to install games and applications as the iPad mini 2, both of them have the same internal memory capacity. The iPod touch 6th generation takes a bit better pictures and videos than Apple iPad mini 2, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the iPod touch 6th generation also has a way better resolution camera in the back.
IPad mini 2 has a much better battery life than iPod touch 6th generation, because it has a 6471mAh battery size against 1043mAh.
IPad mini 2 costs more than iPod touch 6th generation, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
