The iPad mini 2 has a general score of 77.2, which is much better than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T's 57.6 score. Even though the iPad mini 2 and the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T were released with only a couple months difference, the iPad mini 2 is incredibly lighter and thinner. The iPad mini 2 comes with iOS 8.x OS, while Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T comes with Android 4.4.2 OS.
Apple iPad mini 2 counts with just a bit better screen than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit worse 1536 x 2048px resolution, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per screen inch.
