The iPad mini 2 has a score of 77.2, which is better than the Microsoft Surface Go's global score of 66.5. IPad mini 2 comes with iOS 8.x OS, and Microsoft Surface Go counts with Windows 10 OS. The iPad mini 2 is an incredibly older portable tablet than the Microsoft Surface Go, but Apple made it a lot lighter and a little thinner.
IPad mini 2 features a much better screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a greater pixels count per display inch. The Apple iPad mini 2 counts with just a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have 2 cpu cores, the Apple iPad mini 2 also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a graphics processing unit.
The iPad mini 2 and the Microsoft Surface Go both feature incredibly similar memory for applications and games, they have equal 128 GB internal memory. The iPad mini 2 has a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go. IPad mini 2 has a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Go, although it has a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back-facing camera with a way worse 5 MP resolution.
