Apple iPad mini 2 is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, getting a 77.2 score against 75.1. Apple iPad mini 2 counts with iOS 8.x operating system, and Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system. Although Apple iPad mini 2 is older than the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, it's design is a bit thinner and lighter.
The Apple iPad mini 2 has a much faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores , a 64 bits CPU and an additional graphics processing unit. The iPad mini 2 has a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lot smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, it also counts with a quite better display pixel density.
