IPad mini 2 is much better than Lumia 2520, getting a 77.2 score against 68.6. The iPad mini 2 design is a lot lighter and somewhat thinner than Lumia 2520, even though both of them were only released 0 months apart. IPad mini 2 counts with iOS 8.x OS, and Lumia 2520 has Windows RT 8.1 OS. Lumia 2520's CPU is very similar to the CPU in iPad mini 2, because although the Lumia 2520 has a 32-bit CPU against 64-bits and a slower graphics processing unit working at 450 MHz, it also counts with 2 more CPU cores and a larger amount of RAM.
Apple iPad mini 2 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Lumia 2520, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 and a higher display density.
