IPad mini 3 is much better than the Alcatel PLUS 10, with a score of 77.5 against 59. IPad mini 3 has iOS 8.x OS, and Alcatel PLUS 10 comes with Windows 10 OS. Even though iPad mini 3 is older than Alcatel PLUS 10, it's design is a little thinner and a lot lighter. IPad mini 3 counts with just a bit better processing power than Alcatel PLUS 10, because although it has less RAM memory and an inferior number of slower cores, it also counts with a GPU and a 64-bits CPU.
