Comparison review
The iPad mini 3 is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, having a general score of 77.5 against 75.1. IPad mini 3's design is just a little thinner and extremely lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, despite of the fact that it was released about a year before. The iPad mini 3 comes with iOS 8.x OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro OS.
The iPad mini 3 has a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a much lower resolution of 1536 x 2048px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel count in each screen inch. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Apple iPad mini 3, because it has 1000 GB internal storage.
The iPad mini 3 has a way better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits processor, a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and a graphics processing unit. Apple iPad mini 3 counts with a really longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
The iPad mini 3 shoots way better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a lot less megapixels camera and a worse (Full HD) video definition.
The iPad mini 3 not only is the best tablets in our comparison, but it's also the cheapest, which makes it a very good choice.
