The iPad mini 3 has a general score of 77.5, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab E's 60.7 global score. IPad mini 3's design is much lighter and just a little bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, even when both of them were released with only a couple months difference. IPad mini 3 comes with iOS 8.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4 OS.
