Comparison review
The iPad mini 4 is a bit better than the iPad mini 3, having a general score of 75.6 against 72.3. Both of these devices include iOS OS (operating system), but iPad mini 4 has a more recent 9.x version and iPad mini 3 has iOS 8.x, providing the user a couple additional features and improved performance. The iPad mini 4 is a newer device, and it is also somewhat lighter and notably thinner than iPad mini 3.
The iPad mini 3 has a better performing processing unit than Apple iPad mini 4, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores , a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics co-processor. The Apple iPad mini 3 features a little sharper display than Apple iPad mini 4. Both of them have a better count of pixels per display inch, a same size display and an equal resolution of 1536 x 2048px.
