The iPad mini 4 works with iOS 9.x operating system, while Alcatel 3T 8 comes with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. The iPad mini 4 construction is noticeably thinner than Alcatel 3T 8, although it's just a bit heavier and was released 3 years before.
