Comparison review
IPad mini 4 has a global score of 75.6, which is better than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's score of 67.9. The iPad mini 4 body is newer, somewhat lighter and noticeably thinner than the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9. The iPad mini 4 has iOS 9.x operating system, and Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with Android 4.4 operating system.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a little more vivid display than iPad mini 4, because it has a little higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, a quite greater screen density and a little bit bigger display. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a better hardware performance than iPad mini 4, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has more cpu cores.
