IPad 10.2-inch is a bit better than Apple iPad mini 4, with a global score of 79.3 against 75.6. IPad 10.2-inch's design is a lot newer than the Apple iPad mini 4's, but it's somewhat thicker and heavier. Apple iPad mini 4 features a bit better looking display than iPad 10.2-inch, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher pixels quantity in each inch of display.
The iPad 10.2-inch's storage capacity for apps and games is just as good as Apple iPad mini 4's one, both have equal 128 GB internal storage. Apple iPad 10.2-inch has a greater performance than iPad mini 4, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and 3 more CPU cores. Apple iPad mini 4 captures clearer photos and videos than iPad 10.2-inch. They have a F2.4 camera aperture, a same resolution back camera, the same video quality and the same video frame rates.
The iPad 10.2-inch counts with a superior battery life than iPad mini 4, because it has a 72 percent more battery capacity.
Although iPad 10.2-inch is a better device, it costs a lot more than the iPad mini 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPad mini 4. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy iPad 10.2-inch, else you can save some dollars and get the iPad mini 4, resigning a couple features and specifications.
