The iPad mini 4 has a general score of 75.6, which is a little bit better than the iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen)'s score of 71.3. The iPad mini 4 comes with iOS 9.x OS, while iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen) counts with iPadOS 15.x OS. IPad mini 4's body has the same thickness than iPad Air 13-inch (6th Gen), but it's a lot lighter.
