IPad mini 4 is a lot better than the Huawei MediaPad M1, with a 75.6 score against 61.5. IPad mini 4 works with iOS 9.x OS, and Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 OS. The iPad mini 4 is a newer tablet, and it's also just a bit lighter and notably thinner than Huawei MediaPad M1.
