The iPad mini 4 is better than the Microsoft Surface 3, having a global score of 75.6 against 66.3. Even though the iPad mini 4 and Microsoft Surface 3 were only released with a few months difference, the iPad mini 4 is notably thinner and way lighter. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a little bit better performance than Apple iPad mini 4, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores.
