IPad mini 4 is much better than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, getting a 75.6 score against 58.7. IPad mini 4's body is a lot thinner and way lighter than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro. The iPad mini 4 works with iOS 9.x OS, and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has Windows OS. The iPad mini 4 counts with a much better performing CPU than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, although it has less RAM, they both have 1 CPU cores.
IPad mini 4 features a much better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, because although it has a way smaller screen and a lot lower 2048 x 1536 resolution, it also counts with a little bit higher pixel amount in each inch in the screen. IPad mini 4 and Microsoft Surface 9 Pro both count with very similar storage to store more apps and games, both have equal internal storage.
The iPad mini 4 features a superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro. Apple iPad mini 4 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, although it has a lesser mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera.
