IPad mini 4 is much better than the Lumia 2520, having a 75.6 score against 68.6. The iPad mini 4 comes with iOS 9.x operating system, and Lumia 2520 counts with Windows RT 8.1 operating system. IPad mini 4 is a newer tablet device, and it is also extremely lighter and incredibly thinner than the Lumia 2520.
Lumia 2520 has a screen that's just as good as Apple iPad mini 4's display, because although the Lumia 2520 has a lot lower count of pixels per inch of screen and a quite lower 1080 x 1920px resolution, it also counts with a bigger display. The Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with a better processing unit than Apple iPad mini 4, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Nokia Lumia 2520 also has a graphics processing unit and a greater number of faster cores.
The Apple iPad mini 4 counts with a bit better camera than Lumia 2520, because although it has a lot smaller camera aperture which is not nice for shooting images in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Apple iPad mini 4 also counts with a back camera with more MP.
Apple iPad mini 4 counts with a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Lumia 2520, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Lumia 2520 has a much longer battery lifetime than Apple iPad mini 4, because it has a 56 percent larger battery capacity.
Although iPad mini 4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Lumia 2520. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the iPad mini 4, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Lumia 2520, giving up a couple specs and features.
