IPad mini 4 is better than the OSCAL Spider 8, with a score of 75.6 against 64.4. The iPad mini 4 construction is lighter and notably thinner than the OSCAL Spider 8, even though it was released 8 years before. The iPad mini 4 works with iOS 9.x operating system, and OSCAL Spider 8 has Android 13 operating system.
