Apple iPad mini 4 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, with a general score of 75.6 against 66.3. The Apple iPad mini 4 has iOS 9.x operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has Android 4.4 operating system. The Apple iPad mini 4 body is extremely newer, lighter and notably thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.
