The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is just a bit better than Apple iPad mini 4, with a 76.7 score against 75.6. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) design is way newer, but much heavier and a lot thicker than the Apple iPad mini 4. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has Android 11 operating system, and Apple iPad mini 4 counts with iOS 9.x operating system.
IPad mini 4 counts with a way better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a bit higher resolution of 2048 x 1536. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad mini 4, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) features just a bit better processing power than iPad mini 4, because it has 1 GB more RAM and 7 more processing cores. Although Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is a better device, it is a bit more expensive than iPad mini 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPad mini 4. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy iPad mini 4, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
