The Galaxy Tab Active Pro is just a bit better than iPad mini 4, getting a 77.5 score against 75.6. Galaxy Tab Active Pro works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and iPad mini 4 counts with iOS 9.x operating system. Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a much newer tablet than the iPad mini 4, but it is incredibly thicker and a lot heavier.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro counts with a greater performance than iPad mini 4, because it has a higher number of cores and 2 GB more RAM. The iPad mini 4 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a slightly better 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution.
Galaxy Tab Active Pro's camera is just as good as the camera in iPad mini 4, although the Galaxy Tab Active Pro also has a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a camera with a way better 13 megapixels resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro features a quite bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Apple iPad mini 4, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a really longer battery performance than Apple iPad mini 4, because it has a 48% more battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than iPad mini 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as iPad mini 4. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the iPad mini 4, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
