Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro) has a score of 63.3, which is a little bit better than the iPod Touch 5th Generation's 62.7 general score. Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro)'s construction is way heavier and just a bit thicker than the iPod Touch 5th Generation. The Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro) counts with iPadOS 18.x OS, and iPod Touch 5th Generation works with iOS 7.x OS.
