The iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) has a score of 84, which is a little bit better than the Apple iPad Air 2's 79.3 general score. Even though the iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) is a little bit heavier than the Apple iPad Air 2, it's a bit thinner and also newer. IPad Pro 11-inch (2020) has iPadOS 13.x operating system, while Apple iPad Air 2 has iOS 8.x operating system.
Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) counts with a greater performance than Apple iPad Air 2, because although it has a 32-bit processor instead of 64-bits, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and 7 more CPU cores. The iPad Air 2 features a little bit better display than Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2020), although it has a bit worse number of pixels per display inch, a little bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 2048 x 1536px.
Apple iPad Air 2's storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as the iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. IPad Pro 11-inch (2020) shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Apple iPad Air 2, because it has a back facing camera with way more mega pixels, a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a way bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures in poorly lited environments.
Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) has a bit longer battery life than Apple iPad Air 2, because it has a 7538mAh battery capacity instead of 7340mAh.
Although iPad Pro 11-inch (2020) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPad Air 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the iPad Air 2. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the iPad Pro 11-inch (2020), but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the iPad Air 2, letting go a couple features and specs.
