Comparison review
The Apple iPad Pro is much better than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, with a general score of 79.5 against 67.9. The Apple iPad Pro is a newer and a little thinner tablet than the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, although it is also heavier. Apple iPad Pro has iOS 9.x OS, while Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 works with Android 4.4 OS.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a little faster CPU than iPad Pro, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a little more vivid display than iPad Pro, because although it has a bit lower 1600 x 2560px resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a higher count of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Apple iPad Pro captures way better photos and videos than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and videos in low light situations, they both have the same video frame rate, a same resolution back facing camera and the same (Full HD) video quality.
IPad Pro counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity. The iPad Pro features a much longer battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we compare here, Apple iPad Pro is also cheaper than the other tablet.
