IPad Pro has a global score of 79.5, which is way better than Microsoft Surface Pro 2's global score of 65.1. IPad Pro is a newer device, and it's also way thinner and extremely lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2. The iPad Pro has iOS 9.x operating system, and Microsoft Surface Pro 2 works with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system.
IPad Pro features just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and lesser processing cores (although faster).
