Comparison review
IPad 4 has a score of 70.8, which is a little bit better than iPod Touch (2019)'s 66.9 general score. Both devices in our current comparison work with iOS operating system, but iPad 4 has the newer 7.x version and iPod Touch (2019) has iOS 13.x version, providing the user some extra features. Although it's the best device in this comparison review, iPad 4's construction is much heavier and notably thicker than the iPod Touch (2019).
The iPad 4 counts with a little bit better looking screen than iPod Touch (2019), because although it has a little worse quantity of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a way better 1536 x 2048 resolution and a lot larger screen. Apple iPod Touch (2019) counts with a little better processing power than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores.
Apple iPod Touch (2019) features a bit better camera than iPad 4, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the same diafragm aperture and the same video frame rate, the Apple iPod Touch (2019) also has a much better resolution back facing camera. The Apple iPod Touch (2019) features a much better memory for games and applications than iPad 4, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
The iPad 4's battery lifetime is just as good as the Apple iPod Touch (2019) one.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than iPod Touch (2019), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as iPod Touch (2019). So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Apple iPad 4, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the iPod Touch (2019), letting go some features and specifications.
