Apple iPod Touch (2019) is a little bit better than iPod Touch 5th Generation, having a 66.9 score against 62.7. The Apple iPod Touch (2019) design has the same weight and thickness than iPod Touch 5th Generation. These tablets have iOS OS (Operating System), but Apple iPod Touch (2019) has an older 13.x version while iPod Touch 5th Generation has iOS 7.x.
